The location was great. It allowed easy access to the Swan River. The breakfast (especially the pastries) had a decent selection and the food tasted good.

The service could have been more attentive. My request for extra towels took over an hour to fulfill. the room's soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from the street was quite noticeable throughout the night.

complimentary bubbles rose petals early check-in

my wife and i felt very special due to the complimentary bubbles and rose petals. we also were able to check in early and check out late. the breakfast was so good and the coffee was great. i am very grateful.

The bathroom light kept turning on and off throughout the night. This was a minor inconvenience.

Really good Stay with Minor Hiccup

friendly staff international cuisine

The location offered fantastic views. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast had a great spread of international cuisine. My favorite feature was the infinity pool. It provided fine views of Elizabeth Quay.

I noticed the shower head was not holding well and it had weak water pressure. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved . This.

The staff were attentive and eager to assist with requests. They ensured a comfortable stay. They provided prompt responses to inquiries and offered helpful recommendations for local attractions. The concierge was especially useful in securing dinner reservations. (Their recommendations were spot on!)
