Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers a higher-level room with an incredible view, but it tends to be warm at 27 degreesC. The service is attentive and accommodating. The location is convenient for public transport and near Elizabeth Quay, making it the best property in Perth. The dining experience is delicious, although there might be a slight wait. Overall, the hotel provides a great experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers stunning River views from the room, with spacious suites that are a significant upgrade from standard rooms. However, the service during our stay was a bit lacking, especially during meal times. The dining options, while delicious, were quite pricey for what was offered. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but there were some minor issues with service quality.
I had top floor beautiful views of the River, and the swimming pool provided a very relaxing atmosphere. However, the room wasn't set for three, and I had to call housekeeping to get more supplies like robes, towels, and the broken coffee machine needed attention. The room showed signs of wear and was dusty upon arrival.
The hotel rooms were beautiful and cozy, but fell short of a five-star experience for me. The staff were apologetic over delays and tried to make up for it. The location was spot on, very central to everything I needed, with a beautiful view of the river and South Perth. The dining experience was fantastic overall, with delicious food and reasonable prices. However, the hotel's facilities left more to be desired with limited offerings.
The hotel room was larger than expected, but not soundproof from external noise. Despite the tight space for making tea and coffee, it was one of the largest I've seen in a hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was great. However, there seemed to be some confusion among the restaurant staff. The location was decent, with friendly staff, but felt slightly neglected. The dining experience ranged from cold to fantastic, with gyu-don dishes on the menu.
Despite being directly opposite a building site, the room had a massive River view on the Bell tower side extending all the way to the bathroom. The service was awesome and helpful, though multiple calls were needed for room service. The location, smaller than expected, offered a great spot to relax and enjoy drinks. The dining experience, while good, was a bit underwhelming. Overall, a comfortable stay with a stunning view.
